Synopsis

Set in the colorful and raw streets of Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, the story follows 17-year-old Ali, a bold teen’s path to finding herself amid her overprotective single mother’s protective eye. Follow Ali as she rebels and uncovers her musical talent through piano lessons with her wise mentor, Miss Liza Jane, and ignites a romance with street drummer Knuck. Struggles rise with family drama involving her distant father, Davis. Through successes and challenges, Ali learns to accept her identity, her roots, and the community that shapes her. This universal and relatable coming-of-age journey is packed with spirit, love, and music.
